I am developing a website using the vantage theme and I would like to know how would I go about customizing the automatic navigation buttons in posts.
I created a child theme and I was able to change completely the appearance of those buttons through CSS, however I would like further customization, specifically how can I change the text that appears on the button from to “Next/Previous Article” and how could I bring those buttons closer to the content, that is, I have the layout builder configured with 2 rows: one with 100% and the other with 5% + 60% + 30% + 5%. There’s the article in the 60% slice, and a custom sidebar in the 30% one. What I want to do is to bring the buttons right after the 60% article without going under the sidebar as well. Hoping someone can help me,
Best Regards

Hi Rodrigo1937,
To modify the button text, please copy this function (it’s the highlighted code) to your child theme’s functions.php and modify the text as desired.
Regarding its placement, how you would do that really depends on your current setup – I’m unsure how drastic other modifications have been so it’s possible this spacing is no longer the same as it normally is. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
