I have my logo set to sit atop the header image. The logo is white, the header image has a dark overlay. I don’t need a header background color when my header is at the top of the page. I ONLY need that background color when it turns into a sticky menu; when the logo shrinks in a size a lil bit as you scroll down the page. How do I target just that part? Is their a customization I’m missing or otherwise a CSS selector? Thanks!

Hi Anna,
I’d like to help you with this, but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums. There is a fair amount of custom work involved.
We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.
If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.
Actually, Alex – you answered my question. It isn’t something that I overlooked. It IS possible, just not as part of the standard customization; it requires custom coding. Now I know, and anyone else who stumbles upon this situation or thread will also be made aware.
As it turns out, LOL, designers are fickle; I adjusted my design to work within the parameters of the theme and I’m satisfied. :-)
Hi Anna,
Awesome. Really happy to hear you managed to come up with something you like. :)
Please be sure to post another thread if you have any other questions.
