    Hi Demotapa

    Thanks for reaching out. If you’re still seeing a 404 error when trying to access Appearance > Customize, please trying logging out and logging back in again. If that doesn’t help, please try going to Settigns > General and clicking Save. If that also fails you might try testing with all plugins de-activated at once.
