Customize menu options not available in Vantage Premium

Hi, I have purchased the premium version of the theme, but the Customize menu does not allow me to select anything. It still says previewing theme at the top of this menu. Most (or as far as I know – all) of the other premium options are now available to me.
It has been suggested that I disable any plug-ins to see if this rectifies the problem. The only plug-in I had activated was page builder. I have since disabled it, but this makes no difference. Any trouble shooting advice would be appreciated as I need to get this site up and running very soon.
