Customize logged out

Hey everybody

I would like to change the style of my vantage theme.
I login into wordpress wp-admin and go to appearance->customise.
Then on the left side there are all the settings of the theme that I can change, on the right site there should be my page with a preview mode. But there is just a wordpress login that said my session has expired. When I login again after a few seconds the session is expired again. If I try to change something the website said “cheating uh?”.

Do you have an ideas?
