Customize Hero Widget height with CSS

7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hi, I am trying to change the Hero Widget height to something like this:

.sow-slider-base ul.sow-slider-images li.sow-slider-image .sow-slider-image-container {
  min-height: calc(100vh - 86px);
}

I am trying to change the height because my full screen Hero image isn’t really full screen because of my header height being 86px. Unfortunately my custom CSS does not work and I can not find out why. Class name is pulled directly from the SiteOrigin CSS plugin.

    Hi Nubrinnah,

    I’d like to help you with this issue but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums.

    We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.

    If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.
