customization sidebar not visible

Hi there,

I just created a new instance of wp and the vantage premium theme. I want to copy www.porcellana.nl to www.volleven.nl. I copied the database and I got a reasonable result. However the customization panel is not visible as it should be in the new instance.

for www.porcellana.nl I have the ordernumber Private Snippet.
for www.volleven.nl I have the ordernumber Private Snippet.

I hope you can resolve this problem, so I can move further copying the site and its lay-out.

    Hi Rins

    In most cases, we recommend using the duplicator plugin to move from one server to another. Can you try again using this plugin and see if that helps?

    Hi Greg,

    the site is already migrated from http://www.porcellana.nl to http://www.volleven.nl. It’s just that it seems as if I can’t upgrade to the premium version of the vantage-theme. I’ve already made a child-theme, but that ca’t be the problem.

    for http://www.volleven.nl I have the ordernumber Private Snippet.

    I repeatedly inserted the ordernumber but it doesn’t seem to work because it still asks for another

    how come?

    Is it because I exported the database manually and something of the other installation of vantage premium is conflicting with the new installation.

    Hi Greg,

    now I realize it was perhaps not so clever to use the ordernumbers in this thread. Maybe it’s better to delete the thread so there can be no abuse of the ordernumbers. Howeverer the problem is not solved yet. I did not move the site to another server. I just moved the site to a new domain. Is it a solution to de-install the theme (also the files and directories in wp-content) and install it fresh?
