Customiser often doesn’t save changes

I am running with Vantage1.5.6 and Pagebuilder 2.8.14. When I make changes using the customiser, the changes appear to happen in the preview pane but when I choose “save and Publish” almost all the time the changes disappear.

I have disable all plugins except Site Origin ones with the same result.

    Hi Nick,

    To clarify, are the settings retained or are the changes not reflected on the site?

    If it’s the latter, this sounds like a server side cache issue. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for help with this matter.
    If it’s the former, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    A thousand apologies; my stupid error. I have realised that I have custom CSS which was overriding the customiser.
