Customise feature disappeared

Just updated plugins and front end admin bar at top of screen has disappeared when logged in.
Use customise on back end and get Non-existent changeset UUID.
Disabled all non siteorigin plugins except for wordfence and comet cache.
Using page builder, css and widgets bundle with siteorigin north

    After changing general settings urls this problem has now gone.
    Odd that it was ok before updates.
    Now resolved anyway.
