I’ve noticed that some css, like the custom css is showing up in our html. This is causing problems for ranking in search engines like Google. Is there a way to fix this and to separate html and css?

Are you referring to CSS being outputted into the HTML head? If so, that shouldn’t be causing any SEO issues. If you’re seeing CSS being outputted into the body somewhere, please, send us a link so we can check it out.

Sorry, we’re not seeing any CSS on the front-end of the site in OS X Chrome. Which browser and operating system are you using? We’ll try replicate.
To confirm, are you asking about CSS showing in the code, in the documents head or rendering on the site’s front end?

Unfortunately no. It’s impossible not to display CSS in the page source due to the way browsers have to “read” it.
