I have installed custom css but when I want to use it by clicking on “the eye” it doesn’t show the website I want to alter but it shows my website host site saying that the domain is yet registered. (That’s right by me) Custom CSS doesn’t work. Calling my website host didn’t help. They say because it is a worpress and siteorigin “problem” they don’t have de skills and service to help me. Is there anyone else who can help me?

That’s odd. Can you please take a screenshot of what you see when you click the eye and send it to me? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to third-party image host like Imgur or vgy.me.
Also, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi Alex, thanks for your reaction. I have already solved the problem by deleting the last part of the link that shows when I click on the eye.
