Custom CSS doesn’t work right.

I have installed custom css but when I want to use it by clicking on “the eye” it doesn’t show the website I want to alter but it shows my website host site saying that the domain is yet registered. (That’s right by me) Custom CSS doesn’t work. Calling my website host didn’t help. They…
