Cumulative Layout Shift in Speed Tests

I see this has been asked before, but there has not been a solution published. The suggested solution was to put the row on Full Width rather than Full Width Stretched. I have changed all my Full Width rows to that, but there’s still and issue being raised in Layout Shift.

Also overlaying text also results in Layout Shift issues – which I find somewhat bizarre, but it is what Google is reporting.

I have Pagebuilder Pro.
