If you have a bit of a technical background, you could write the function yourself and make use of the Code Snippets plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/.
Have you perhaps tried https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/, it’s a helpful plugin for minimizing and combing scripts and stylesheets?
