CSS – Fixed width and centered page 2016 Theme

I’ve started a site for my daughter using the 2016 theme.

I’d like more of her background image to be visible so using the plugin have fixed the width of the main content pane.
However, I don’t see how I can then get the main pane to center align. Am I missing something obvious?

    Hi Adrian,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
