css editor not showing up.

I downloaded css editor to wordpress 2016. It’s not showing up. But I get a msg that it’s untested with wordpress 2016. Does this theme support the css editor?
I’m trying to resize my widgets.

    Thanks for reaching out. The tested/not tested message relies on users voting that the plugin works with their version of WP. Voting is done on the WordPress.org plugin page. We’ve tested with the latest version of WP and all is well. You’re free to go ahead and install SiteOrigin CSS. Our docs are here: Page: Getting Started
