Crushed editor content

Dear SiteOrigin-Community,

since today a new weird behaviour started to happen on my WordPress-Blog. I am able to add content inside a SiteOrigin Editor-Widget, but as soon as I refresh the page and want to get back to the content I see weird characters “�%�1O�0�w��;” and can’t edit nothing. When I revert everything to the normal Visual Editor the content returns. Here’s a screenshot:

Do you maybe have any Idea about what causes this misbehaviour? Thank you!

Hi Helmut,
This looks to be an encoding issue. Can you please clarify what the contents of that editor is? Also, would it be possible for you to send me an export for the pictured widget widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
