Creating Mouse-Roll-Over Effects on pictures

Hi, Andrew, is there an easy way to create mouse-over-effects on pictures? I want to animate the six category-pics on http://elbe-limousinen.de/collections
and
to create a roll-over effect on the following six sub-category pages i.e. “BOOTIES” as a side menu.
(Booties, Flats, Sandals aso. sliced as small images; with roll-overs in different colors).
Your help and advice, as allways, highly appreciated! :-)

    We unfortunately don’t have anything like that in the bundled Page Builder widgets or in our Widgets Bundle plugin. You could perhaps seek out a third-party plugin at http://wordpress.org/plugins. I unfortunately don’t know of one so can’t make a recommendation at this time.
