How can i create full width row which adjust in full screen in my website can you please suggest a way to do this..?

Please open up the row you wish to make full width by clicking the wrench icon above the row. Then head over to the row styles sidebar and open the layout settings group. Set the Row Layout to Full Width Stretched and then save the page. Your row should now be the full width of your page.
