I’m relatively new to WP and want to know can I create a blog template that I can use for my blog again and again. If so can anyone show me how to do it? It seems to be very detailed.

What you can do is on your Blog page set the page template to Default (to load the sidebar) or full width and then use the Post Loop widget to insert the blog feed. That’ll let you use Page Builder to insert content above or below the feed.
In terms of creating a custom single post template, that’s unfortunately a little beyond our support scope. I can go over the general steps if you’d like. What are you looking to achieve?
