Would it be possible for you to clarify what you’re trying to do? Are you trying to get posts from your WordPress blog to show up in the sidebar of your non-WordPress site?

I want to create a blog in my site (I already created the page called Blog) and would like the posts, or a number of lines from the post, to show up in the sidebar of the landing page.

To get your blog page working, go to Pages > Blog and select the Blog page template from the right column Page Template drop down menu.
To get a list of your latests posts showing in your sidebar, head to Appearance > Widgets and insert a Latest Posts widget into your sidebar widget area.
