Hi:

i’m using PageBuiledr and Widget Bundle in a site with non SiteOrigin theme (I’m using Parabola).
When I access thru an administrator user everything seems to be normal, but, when I access whit other user (editor, autor, etc.) the desktop screen crashes (not the left toolbar) and display an error message, and if I try to generate a new entry, a black screen apear.

I try to deactivate all other plugings, and the desktop start to work fine, but when I start a new entry or page, the editor never shows and a blank screen apear.

Could you please give me any help?
Thanks

Javier

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Javier

    Thanks for your feedback.

Please, try repeating the plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin (only SiteOrigin plugins must be activated). Next, switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Stop here. In this state, check for the problem, does it persist?

Please, try increasing your PHP memory. You can contact your hosts and ask them to help. If you’d like to try yourself, please, see https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/.

    Hi Andrew.
    Thank you very much.

    Continue with the test.
    1. all non site origin plugnis deactivated

Desktop of non admin user, apear normal
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/ocf3o8lj3auqxan/screenshoot6.jpg?dl=0

but when I try to create a new post, the page is blank.
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/p9xe111h9rxkldx/screenshoot7.jpg?dl=0

    2. turn to default theme (twenty-twenty), apparently all works, i can create a new post normally with classical and site origin editor.
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/wea4b9j4eoue74q/screenshoot9.jpg?dl=0

If i activate the theme an the plugins the problem returns.
