Corp – Unable to load customizer theme area, both menù and preview

Hello,
since the latest update, the Customizer area doesn’t work.
I’ve already tried to deactivate all plugins but the problem remains.
With different themes, the problem doesn’t occur.

In the error logs via cpanel, I’ve found:
