Hi
Using Corp.
Is there a way to quickly match an image size to the text content
Each row has 2 columns. Left is a SO Hero widget and right is a SO slider widget
I have 6 rows with different amount of text in each Hero block. so each one is a different size
I would like to easily match the image height in each slider to the text to the right
Also is there a quick way to align the image if different size to the text to the header of the text?
Thanks
Hi Roland
Both the SO Hero (Layout > Desktop and Layout > Mobile) and the SO Slider (Design > Height and Responsive Height) have a Height and Mobile Height setting available.
Within the Hero there isn’t a quick alignment or fit method, the text size in the Hero’s settings will need to be adjusted.
I am struggling with this. I am having to tweak padding etc to get them the same size but its messy and not exact
Hi Roland, within the Hero you can set a Desktop and Mobile Height in the Layout section. Within the Hero you can also center align text by enabling the Center align slide contents setting below the DesignMobile section. Using the Center align slide contents setting is best used without padding added within the Hero.
The Slider Widget also has a Height and Responsive Height setting available. Setting heights in both widgets is recommended in the described situation.
At the moment, unfortunately, there isn’t an easy method of using row settings to auto-align columns,
As an experiment you can try creating a new page and within Page Builder click LayoutsPrebuilt Layouts. Use the search bar to search for “staggered”, click enter on your keyboard after typing the search term. Insert the Staggered layout. The vertical alignment of the Headline Widget on the left and right relies on a Row Styles setting under Layout called Column Vertical Alignment. To view the Column Vertical Alignment setting, edit any row, check the Row Styles on the right, open the Layout section, scroll to the bottom for Column Vertical Alignment. Hopefully that helps in your process in some way.
Thanks Roland
