    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, thanks for posting. Perhaps try going to JetpackSettings and disabling Site Accelerator. 150×150 images are being loaded which is causing the problem.

    Thank you Andrew,
the Site Accelerator is disabled (never used it actually)

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Images are loading via the WP CDN. Try search for Photon and at JetpackSettings and see what that brings up.

    THank you!
Photon is the part of Site Accelerator now, right? When I search for it in Jetpack it gives me Site accelerator, and it is desabled…

I noticed that blur photos problem occurs only when I choose Mosaic Square type of gallery, when I change it to Rectangle the photos are not blur..

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, sure, you’re welcome. Photon has been merged, yes. When I last checked the image src still had the WP CDN involved. I don’t believe Corp is involved. To confirm, you could try testing a gallery in a new page without any SiteOrigin plugins and also temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen at the same time. That’ll help isolate the issue. If you’re using a caching plugin, consider clearing it and temporarily deactivating it during troubleshooting.

    Hi, I Work Here

Another quick test you could try running is to temporarily deactivate Jetpack:

    – If the issue resolves, reactivate Jetpack.
    – Go to https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules and deactivate all modules. Confirm the issue doesn’t persist.
    – Activate modules one by one or in blocks of five or so, and check the issue after each activation to try and isolate when it reoccurs.

    THank you ANdrew,
I cant deactivate Jetpack as it is the Portfolio page so if I deactivate Jetpack the page simply doesnt exist..

Do you think I should ask support of Jetpack?as it is the tiled gallery module issue.
Or you suggest any other way to troubleshoot this issue?

    thank you again

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the feedback. Jetpack might ask you if the issue persists with a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and only their plugin activated. When you have a moment, it’s worth running that test.
