I turned on “Copy Styles” in the settings but the styles still appear only in the tag which makes them not work with the include-page plugins where I just grab the content.

To clarify, after enabling this setting, did you save the page you’re including? I ask as the styles are only copied when the [page is saved.
Can you please clarify what plugin you’re using add the page to the footer?
Yes, I saved the page. Here you can see just that section. For now, I copied the same styles and added them manually to the content.

But it can’t be because of the plugin as the styles are not there also when I just visit the page.

Unfortunately, there’s a general incompatibility with Insert Pages at the moment. Said compatibility issue sadly prevents the resulting markup from Copy Styles from working correctly which is why it’s not helping with resolving this issue.
I’ve sent the developers a compatibility patch that will resolve this issue and we’re just waiting on their approval (reference thread). Sorry mate. :(
