Content only displayed correctly after adjusting browser window

Hi!
I’ve been using site origins page builder and widget bundle for years now, but only recently startet using the SiteOrigin Hero and SiteOrigin Layout Sliter to improve the design on my site:

For some reason the content first displays only partly (with compressed rows) – but the moment I adjust the browser window, everything looks as it should.

Same for mobile, and for every browser-window-width I try load the pages in. All the other content works just fine!

Any idea what might be causing this? Would hate to have to re-do the whole site again …

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Try temporarily deactivating Site Accelerator from JetpackSettings and then check to see if there is any change.

    Thank you!
I tried deactivating it: seemed to help somewhat (maybe), but still have to adjust the browser-window for the content to show correctly, so I turned the Site Accelerator on again (the page loaded slower with it turned off).

    Any other suggestions?
I switched theme to one of SiteOrigin's, to see if it's more compatible, but that did not help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for your feedback.

If possible, please, try temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. Once done, temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, or, a SiteOrigin theme. In that state, does the issue resolve? The goal of this test is to temporarily remove most things to see if a working baseline can be found.

    Thanks for your assistance.
I realise I have been using the builder-blocks a bit clumsily (too many "in layers"), and the issues resolve when I stick to the simpler layout-builder as a starting point!

I do prefer the Vantage-theme over my previous theme, so I definitely gained from my struggles ;-)

    Hi, I Work Here

Super, I’m glad to hear you’re making progress.

The Layout Builder widget is a mini-instance of Page Builder. Ideally, you’d only make use of the Layout Builder widget when it’s really required.
