I’m editing a wordpress site using the Maker Theme and Pagebuilder. I created the site last month via Bluehost. I edit on IE11 or Chrome60, and the owner edits in Firefox54.
Sporatically, the content of a page will disappear. The Pagebuilder adding section remains, it’s just the existing content that can’t be edited.
I read in another thread that you said to check the version of Pagebuilder in the Plugins section for vs 5.1. Thing is, there IS no Pagebuilder in the Plugins section of the site. Could THAT be the problem?
Hi Gbugala,
Are you using SiteOrigin Page Builder? Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and search for Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
For reference, the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder is 2.5.11.
If you find SiteOrigin Page Builder, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If the above doesn’t help, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
No, it isn't in my plugins. Should I install it on my plugins? Will I loose any content if I do that at this point?
Here's the evidence. Although I show this on my pages (after I installed the Maker Theme):

This is my complete list of plugins, and it's not there:

Hi Gbugala,
That means you aren’t using SiteOrigin Page Builder.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process attachments at this time. You’ll need to upload the image to an image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me. I’ll need to have a look at the provided image before proceeding.
Alex,
Thanks for writing. The two images are at these locations:

As you'll see, the page shows a window for Page Builder, but the plugins don't show Page Builder. Can/should I install the Page Builder plug-in?
Would I lose any content doing that? Would that keep the content window from disappearing on pages I'm editing?
Hi Gbugala,
Thank you. Based on the second screenshot, you’re not using SiteOrigin Page Builder.
Unfortunately, I’m unsure of the exact name of the page builder you are using as I’m unfamiliar with that box but I would think it’s bundled with your theme so I would get in contact with the theme developers to see if they have any ideas. Sorry mate. :(
For reference, here’s what the SiteOrigin Page Builder looks like when you don’t have any rows/widgets added:
To answer your questions:
You can if you like. Please note that the data very likely isn’t compatible with each other so you’ll likely need to recreate the pages you wish to build using SiteOrigin Page Builder. Does that make sense?
