Contact Form Widget Missing

I’m using the Prebuilt Layout for “Contact Design” form layout, but it says the widget for the form is missing.

This is the message: The widget SiteOrigin_Widgets_ContactForm_Widget is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin. Post on the support forums if you need help.

I can’t find the plugin. Please tell me where I need to go. Thank you!!

    Hi William.
    Some of the prebuilt layouts make use of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. This being one of them. To fix this issue please install, and activate the above plugin. Then go to it’s settings page (WP Admin -> Plugins -> SiteOrigin Widgets) and then find the contact form and hit activate. The contact form widget box will look like so:
