Contact form widget in message over write all in one line

Please help me, I am very new in creating WP sites and in contact form I have two issues.
1) my label for fields are getting completely into the field, I can see just half of the text.
2) in message field my text over write in one line all the words

Please what should I do?
I have install Sydney Theme and page builder.
