Contact Form Widget & HTML

7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hi guys,

Love the widgets but i’m stuck on using the contact form. I would like to have a check box at the bottom of the form to confirm that users have read the site terms & conditions. I don’t seem to be able to use HTML in the check box description despite indications on here that I should be able to. Any assistance appreciated.

    Hi Matt,

You can use HTML in the checkbox so I’m not too sure why it’s not working for you. Hm. Can you please provide me with a copy of the HTML you’ve input? Also, would it be possible for you to send me an export of your contact widget? To do this please open up the page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi Alex,

I figured it out eventually. I can put the HTML in the item description but not in the checkbox options tabs.
It just means the checkbox sits above the text rather than next to it.
