Contact Form Widget does not include all fields in the e-mail

When users submit my contact form, several fields are not included in the e-mail that is sent to me. Basically, I only receive the dropdown menu and the text – but the company name, senders name and sender email address is not part of that email.

I can’t see if the form widget stores the submissions anywhere else – so basically, the widget does not seem to work at all for me. I have to deactivate it for the time being.

You can download the page JSON file from LayoutsImport/ExportExportDownload Layout. Upload the JSON file to a site like Dropbox, Drive or https://www.wetransfer.com/ and send us the link. Thanks.
