Contact Form – Subject Prefix Not Showing

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

My contact form is no longer utilizing the subject prefix that I painstakingly entered on every contact form to be able to track which pages people are accessing. Instead, it uses the title of the site with random symbols like &#; and numbers. I was able to fix for the pages that use the contact form in widget by deleting the old one and creating a new one, but I really don’t want to have to do that for each and every page with a contact form on it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

That’s odd. I’m not too sure why this is happening. Does resaving one of pages that contain a contact form help? If not, would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
