Contact Form does not display PayPal button

I’m using the SiteOrigin Contact Form, and in the Success Message field I have placed the code for a PayPal button. It displays just fine in the editor, but the resulting web page does NOT show the button, although the code is there in the background. Ideas?

    To clarify, what PayPal button are you using specifically? A donation button?

    It’s their standard Buy Now button inside

    tags.
