Contact Form – Multiple Emails

Hi there,

I have added the SiteOrigin Contact Us form to our website (www.http://giantsheadgrind.ca/contact/). It is set up to email [email protected] when filled out.

The issue is, we’re getting 5 or 6 email identical alerts when the form is submitted.

Suggestions?

    I had the same problem, I disabled Jetpack and the problem went away.

    Same problem, but I use jetpack so I have been trying to determine which of the settings cause the problem. So far I have determined that
    Publicise sharing each add an extra duplicate email

    There must be another 3 since I started with 6 duplicates but I have what I need out of jet pack and there’s only so long I can spend

    We’ve added a check that tries to ensure that duplicate emails aren’t sent out. This should fix the issue. We’ll also investigate what’s causing this particular conflict with Jetpack and try to resolve that too.

    Sorry about the issues so far. This has been a tricky issue for us to figure out, but we’re on it.
