I am having an issue with a contact form on a site. The first required field in the form (it just happens to be the name field) is not sending in the summary email for each form. So I receive all the other information but not the name of the person. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

Please ensure the First Name field is the only Name field present – there can only be a single name field.
If it is the only name field present, would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
