Contact form error in mobile device

There is an error when I try to test send a message from site origin contact form widget in my website http://www.ayurvitewellness.com

ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

This error is only in mobile device.

    Could you tell me a little more about your device? What is the model, the firmware and the browser you’re using? Does it have JavaScript and Cookies enabled?

    Yes, JavaScript and Cookies are enabled. Sometimes the form is submitted without error message. The details of phone is- Lumia 630 Dual Sim; Windows 8.1; Firmware: 02040.00021.15053.36003; Browser: Internet Explorer (inbuilt)

    Sorry for the delay.

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
