Contact Form / Button / Slider widgets problems

Hello my friends,

I just noticed some widgets are really unstable.

1) The Contact form don’t send emails, but i have Easy WP SMTP and it sends test emails, and styling dont work either. (This form was working before).

2) Buttons widget, it displays 2 buttons instead of 1. (it was working before).

3) Slider displays articles, i can click the article, but the link doens’t work….just sits there. (it was working before)

I keep saying it was working before because i got a notification to restore plugins and after that…not working anymore…

    Update : THML widget dont work. it won’t show any content box to add anything.

    Hi Blackdots,

    Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Content tab. Plase untick Content Cache and save. Does this issue remain for you?

    If so, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Ricardo,

    It depends on what you’re trying to contact us about. If it’s for support related reasons, unfortunately, only Download: SiteOrigin Premium users are able to privately contact us.
