contact form and emails not working

Just did a recent up grade to the plugins and theme.

I am using Vantage Premium 2.4.4 on WP 4.5.3

with the upgrade the contact form stopped working, after submit it just goes to a blank page. We initially were using Gravity forms, but then tried the site origin widget. Same thing.

As well, it is not sending emails, this may be because it is not actually submitting, thus the black page.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Phil,

    As you’re a Vantage Premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on this page. Please reference this thread.

    I suspect the page is blank due to a fatal error. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If I turn off the Page Builder and site origin widgets bundle, will I lose that data?

    and none got back to me from premium support..
