Confused by HTML structure

7 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 7 years ago

I have a basic PageBuilder layout and am trying to make sense of the HTML and CSS structure it generates.

Current structure looks like this

Why does the first row have a different ID format and different class to subsequent rows?

    Hi Ghherter3

    Thanks for reaching out.

    <div id="p1-4" class="panel-layout">

    The above isn’t the first row, it’s the wrapper for the page layout. For example, take a look at: https://demo.siteorigin.com/corp/. The WordPress page ID is 31, the wrapper for the Page Builder layout is:

    <div id="pl-31" class="panel-layout">

    Hope that helps.
