Conflict with the filter plugin

Good afternoon!
Tell me, I had a problem.

I installed the Premmerce Product Filter for WooCommerce plugin. He does an excellent job with his duty and shows search filters. But there is a problem – this filter should appear minimized on a mobile view. But this process does not work.

They assured me of plugin support that the problem was with my theme. Here is literally what they answered:
“You use a specific template, the structure of which this functionality, unfortunately, is not supported.”
Can you help me deal with this problem?

The browser inspector does issue errors, but I cannot figure it out on my own.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ilya

    Thanks for reaching out.

Does the issue persist if you switch to the Vantage parent theme? If so, does the issue persist if you switch to Twenty Nineteen?

Disconnected the child theme, the problem did not resolve.
Twenty twenty does not work, as it is not provided by the site. I can not check.

Sidebar is not provided for by the theme Twenty Twenty/

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Try a theme with a sidebar, Twenty Sixteen has one.

Andrew, thanks for the tip. Changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen, the problem persists.
Probably the problem is not in the theme, but in the plugin.
    Thanks again.

    Andrew, good afternoon again.
Once again I want to contact you for help.
I changed the theme on another site to “SalesZone” to check the filter works correctly. Everything works fine with this theme.
Apparently the problem is not in the plugin.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Can you find out what is required?

I tried to solve this problem myself, but I don’t understand what it may be connected with.
Apparently, in the Vantage theme, the filter header does not inherit the accordion property.

    Hi, I Work Here

Is there developer documentation for this plugin?
Does the issue persist if you switch to the Storefront theme?

If this is a premium plugin I’d expect the developers to lend more of a hand than just saying the theme doesn’t work. Perhaps you can ask them for specific instructions? Vantage source is on GitHub https://github.com/siteorigin/vantage.

    I absolutely agree with you.
But their technical support responds once a week and does not contact.
As far as I know, this is the only plugin that makes filter results static pages, overwrites headings, H1 and description. Which is very good for CEO. That is why I am tormented with this plugin.

    Hi, I Work Here

What steps do I need to take to get the widget to display? I’ve inserted the widget, enabled filters on categories, I can’t get it to display. Th default filter widget displays without issue.

Most likely, you did not specify on which pages to display the filter.
Premmerce – filter settings – settings – Show filter on pages

    Hi, I Work Here

Here is the Storefront demo using this plugin https://storefront.premmerce.com/electronics/mobile/. The filter isn’t minimized on mobile. Are you sure this is a feature of this plugin?

    Hi, I Work Here

As far as I can see, the styles used to collapse the filter for mobile are originating from the SalesZone theme. The styles don’t appear to be part of the filter plugin.

    Really. You are right, Andrew.
In their theme, sidebar widgets are even called differently: Directory sidebar.. And in the theme of Vantage Sidebar and Shop.

Probably have to think about how to independently wrap this widget in an accordion.
The Vantage theme also fails with the standard accordion, because this filter does not have a shortcode.

    Thank you Andrew again.
You are an excellent specialist in your field =)
