Conflict with Jetpack

8 years ago · Last reply by Jay Hova 8 years ago

I am experimenting with pagebuilder and the widgets. As part of this experiment I created a home page. At the bottom of this page is a section for logos that I have defined as thumbnails. For some reason Jetpack overrides the size on the thumbnail and makes it huge. I deactivate Jetpack and it works just as I expect. Am I doing something wrong here?

    Hi Jay,

Your settings, from what I can see, look fine. Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget so I can take a look at the settings I can’t see? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

I used dropbox I hope that works for you if not let me know. It looks like something is overriding the CSS sizing for thumbnails whenever Jetpack is enabled. Of course JP should not be doing that.
