I am using ActiveCampaign to capture visitors to our site. ActiveCampaign has a WP plugin to easily use forms in your site. https://wordpress.org/plugins/activecampaign-subscription-forms/
This plugin lets you use keep the CSS from the ActiveCampaign form builder by checking “Keep original form CSS”. When you do this, the form works fine. Unfortunately, when you uncheck this option, the form stops working. The form visually follows the style sheet of the site, but you can not enter any data.
I deactivated Page Builder and the form works correctly both ways. Something in Page Builder is causing a conflict even though I did not use Page Builder to create the page.
I need a solution.
Hi NetworkGuy,
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your usage?
Yes. The following page has the same form twice. This page does not use Page Builder.
http://www.institutefordigitaltransformation.org/conflict/
The first form uses the CSS supplied by ActiveCapaign and works fine.
The second form uses the default website CSS. This is the form that does not work.
When I deactivate the Page Builder plugin, everything works fine.
Hi NetworkGuy,
I’ve had a look at the page but the linked page doesn’t contain any forms for me. Can you please double check the linked page? Sorry about this!
The page contains two Active Campaign forms.
This is the original HTML code.

Hi NetworkGuy,
Sorry for the delay.
Ah. I’ve managed to get the forms displaying. This issue is as a result of the sidebar layout builder row being set to full width – it’s covering the form. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceWidgets and open the Layout Builder in your sidebar and open the first row. head over to to the row styles sidebar, and open Layout. Set the Row Layout to Standard. How does that look?
That Worked!
Thank you to taking the time to find the issue. :)
