Hello !

I realized after doing some login and register tests for my website they were no any error messages for wrong input informations on WooCommerce.

Apparently there is a conflict between Page Builder and Jetpack Sharing module.

I don’t know from which update this issue is, but all was working fine before.

Please see the previous discussion on WordPress.org with Jetpack support :

Hope there is a solution to solve that.

Cheers

    Hi Bluemoonsound

Thanks for reporting this. I’ll log everything on GitHub now for our developers to attend to. For the short term though, it would be best to use the workaround solution suggested in the linked thread, if you aren’t already. Unfortunately, it can take a bit of time for our developers to get to bugs like this one. We do our best to work through things quickly but aren’t always able to attend right away.

    Hi, I Work Here

I realize there is a lot of detail on the .org forum link. It’s best if I can replicate locally before logging on our side. Below is a SiteOrigin Editor widget with a [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode and JP sharing below that and a login error message. Did I miss something in recreating this? Thanks.

    Hi Andrew

    Thank you for your reply.

What I did is simply stop using the Page Builder Editor on Pages having WooCommerce.

    Cheers

    Hi, I Work Here

I noticed that on your site. Ok, cool, that works. Those pages still look lovely.
