Conflict between Gmedia Photo Gallery and SiteOrigin Page Builder Premium Plugin

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

Hi there,
after the update to siteorigin-premium.1.11.0 in WordPress 5.3.2 I found a conflict between the and Gmedia Photo Gallery and SiteOrigin Page Builder Premium Plugin. To find out, I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one after the other. With the Gmedia Gallery, some functions are no longer possible after the update. What can I do.

    Hi Andreas

I’m sorry to hear about the hassle.

When able, kindly email [email protected] so that we can assist you via our premium help desk. I’ll reply below but please, email us with your reply, if possible. Thanks.

To confirm the conflict, please, deactivate all plugins except for Gmedia and those authored by SiteOrigin. In this state, does the issue persist? I did activate Gmedia and insert a gallery into Page Builder because I’m not familiar with the plugin it’s tough to see an issue without more information.

    Thanks
