Hi,
I have the same problem that was discussed in this thread, and have looked at the proposed solution. A part of that solution is described like this
“The new elements were added right above each section and would serve as the new anchor point.”
The problem is that I don’t understand how to add the elements above each section, considering all the content in the Page Builder is deleted if I revert from Page Builder to Editor. Can you please enlighten me on how to do that?
Hi Saga
Have you perhaps tried this plugin instead?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/hash-link-scroll-offset/
Now I have, but I can’t seem to make it work. Using Chrome to inspect my site, it seems to me like my header-wrapper is 46px “thick”, and shouldn’t that be the only thing I need to fill in, in the Hash Link Scroll Offset box in the general options?
That’s correct.
Can we take a look at your site with the hash scroll plugin activated?
Of course: http://www.bitfrbit.se
The header looks to be 100px high. Can you try that as the offset?
Tried, but it made no difference I’m afraid.
Hi Saga
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Thanks for sending :) It seems the plugin isn’t working as expected in conjunction with your theme. It’s worth at this point, reaching out to your theme support. The theme is handling the sticky header and most likely smooth scroll so the offset issue fits really closely in with those elements. They will hopefully be able to shed further light on this problem.
