Comment box above comments

Hi Andrew,

As I have more and more comments on my page….the comment box is now in the bottom…

Is there any chance to make it above the comments? So there will be no need to make the pagination and lose some SEO moments.

Thanks in advance

Best regards
Andy

    Hi Andy

Unfortunately not within theme options, it’s also a bit too much of a customisation to help out with from our side. Wish I had more here. I take it you you’ve already started using comment pagination? I hear you though, there is a SEO impact there.

Sorry we don’t have more on this one.

    Dear Andrew,

I decided not to use the comment pagination because this will cause some problems with my web SEO (and not only on my website. This is crucial for all).

The pagination makes multiple pages with the SAME content on them (only the comments will differ of course)

There is one option to avoid it using the canonical URL. But I’m not sure that I’m able to do it at this moment. And wanted to make it a bit easier…just place the comment box on top.

    Anyway…thanks for the reply.

    Best regards
    Andy
