Column width of the mobile view breaks despite no collapse

Please Help me – I would like a 20% | 80% Grid in mobile View but it breaks.

Configuration:

Row -> 2 Columns ( 20% | 80% )
Layout -> No Collapse

In mobile View it breaks to 50% | 50% – how can I resolve this?
