8 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 8 years ago

Hi

I recently updated to the latest version of wordpress and the colour options under the design tab has disapeared across the site

On an older site where I havn’t updated yet there everything is still displaying fine

Any suggestions or is an update coming soon to fix this?

    Hi Chris

We just released an updated to fix an issue with Custom HTML widgets. At the moment, I’m struggling to replicate the issue you’ve mentioned. My advice at the moment would be to:

    1. Go to DashboardUpdates and update Page Builder.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder.
    3. Clear your browser’s cache.
    4. Check the issue. Does it persist?

    Please, let me know. Thanks.

Hi again. Is there any change if you go to SettingsPage BuilderContent and disable Content Cache?

    Hi Chris

    Sorry for the delay.

Is your WordPress admin language in English? If not, change it English, you can change it back after WP 4.9.1 comes out.

With Page Builder Content Cache disabled and all other plugins deactivated and a default theme like Twenty Sixteen activated, does the issue persist? If so, please, can you take a screenshot of your browser console when viewing the issue, upload it to Dropbox or Drive or similar and send us the link?
