color selection palette

Hello! Could you help me with this problem with siteorigin widgets bundle. When I try to change the color of the background or text, whatever, the color selection palette appears, but while I select the color I need, it disappears by itself. So it always disappears after a different time of 0.5-2 seconds, no matter how I click the mouse, it still disappears without allowing me to select a color. This happens throughout the plugin with any of the widgets. I use OcenWP theme. Thank you very much in advance!

    Hi, thanks for posting your question.

    Please, try seeking a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin. If you’re using the Classic Editor, you can leave it activated. Does the issue resolve? The goal with this test is to locate a working baseline.

    You know the problem remains. I disabled all plugins. Only one thing has changed: the color selection palette now disappears, but not at a random time interval, but in the same way, after about 2-3 seconds, so I even have time to click on any color to have time to select it)

    Thanks for trying. Please, try extending the test as follows:

    – Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin. If you’re using the Classic Editor, you can leave it activated.
    – Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.

    Does the issue persist?

    Excellent! It's all right now. I also changed the OceanWP theme to Astra and everything works fine with it, and with all plugins enabled. Apparently the problem was in OceanWP . Thank you!
